My exceptional performance led me to manage my own location within a year, overseeing multiple rooms, manicure and pedicure stations, and a dedicated team of over 15 employees.

Transitioning to high-end establishments like a prominent hair salon at the Shops at Don Mills and later managing a chain of medical spas and salons at Bayview Village, I consistently drove retail sales and operational excellence. At a luxurious 5-star resort spa, I thrived in a dynamic environment with numerous service stations, achieving record sales year after year while efficiently managing resources.
