What are Essential Oils?
​

Essential oils are organic liquids secreted from the microscopic structures in various plant materials such as the seeds, grasses, roots, bark, stems, leaves, fruits and flowers. Since each plant type produces its own essential oil, the oils named after the plant from which it was derived. Although the term “oil” may suggest a tricker, viscous composition, they actually have a much more watery texture. These aromatic oils not only lend to a plant’s distinctive fragrance, they promote their self-protection and pollination. To learn more about essential oils, visit our blog.

How do I care for my skin?

​

Your starting skin care routine should include basics: cleansing, moisturizing and UV protection. Generally speaking, it is usually recommended that cleansing your complexion be done twice daily, once in the morning, and again in the evening before bed. Shipping Information

Store Pickup - 62 Queen Street South, Mississauga, Ontario
  • Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Sunday from 11am - 8pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

Store Pickup - 100 Rushmore Crescent, Brampton, Ontario

  • Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am - 8pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Flat-Rate Shipping

  •  Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $12 applies to orders shipping to Ontario & Quebec, $18 to other parts of Canada.

  •  Free shipping on orders over $150 in Ontario & Quebec, and on orders over $200 for the rest of Canada (exclusive of taxes and discount).

  • We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

 

Local Delivery

  • During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 12km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

  • Orders will take 5 days to be processed.

  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept the return of any product included in the order. If a product is damaged in shipment or otherwise arrived to you in damaged condition, it will be determined if this is the fault of the carrier. In the event of this occurrence, you must notify Company promptly via an email to raynaselfcare@outlook.com with a photo of the damaged product. Upon our confirmation of the issue, instructions may be provided to return this product. Replacement products will not automatically be provided without return of the original product or other approved arrangements with our company.
